Not surprisingly, Jesus is also our model for church leadership.

We place a high value on servant-leadership, and we don't build on organizational models that imitate corporate America with emphasis on titles and hierarchy. Our team of Shepherds, Ministers and Staff are 'co-vocational', and we work with an 'upsidedown Kingdom' mentality - the last will be first.

Christ is the head of His Church, and our goal is to lead with His humility and sacrifice.
